Great Food and a laid back wonderful atmosphere. If you have children; the outdoor seating is FABULOUS! The kids can run around and look in the pond that's FULL of giant gold fish while the parent's can enjoy conversation. Wait staff was fabulous! It only took about 10 min for us to get our food after we ordered. This place has Fast Great Service!!

The onion rings were unsalted and old. The beans were hard and not cooked enough. On a combo plate of catfish, shrimp, crab cake, there were 3 tiny pieces of catfish... 2 shrimp, one hard crab cake. Just very, very disappointed.
The food is "okay" but be warned if you are not a local, your service will be lacking. There were people all around us being called by their first name from the staff and waited on promptly. We were checked on one time after food came out. She never offered us dessert. Brought our check and it took 8 minutes for her to come back for it. Awful service. And the dead flies on the window sills were not appetizing at all.
I Googled 'best fish restaurant near Abilene', and read all the good reviews and ratings before we considered going there. We were wanting catfish.
